I owe a great deal to my parents.

Mom taught me to love good burgers.

Dad taught me to love good beer.

I’ve been trying to live up to their expectations of being an expert judge of good beer and good burgers since I tried my first beer at age 7 and ate my first burger at age 21.

OK, you got me, I started eating burgers before I turned 21.

But now that I’m a little older than that, I feel compelled to share my lifetime of learning, and loving, good beer and good burgers.
